About me
Hi, I’m Mathew Williams, an IT Support Technician with hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues in fast-paced office environments. I’ve supported end users with workstation setups, printer and network problems, system maintenance, and ticket-based issue resolution.
With a strong foundation in customer service and years of experience building and repairing PCs, I bring a practical, detail-oriented approach to solving technical problems. I’m currently pursuing IT support and helpdesk technician roles where I can keep growing and contribute to a strong IT team.
